New Central Lumber
It was formerly called New Central Lumber when the late Pedrito Lumakang and his wife Esperanza put it up in 1959 along C. Padilla St., Cebu City. It is offering cost-effective wood products and items for house interiors.

After Pedrito passed away in 1979, his eldest son Henry assumed the business responsibility as general manager. Ten years later, the business transferred to a more spacious lumberyard in 235 N. Bacalso Avenue. There, it was renamed as NCL Development Corporation.
